Contact form and purposes

The contact form collects your name, company, email, enquiry type, scale or use case, equipment protocols, project details and page language to respond to enquiries, plan projects and coordinate project communication.

Cloudflare Pages Function sends form contents to the company mailbox through Resend. The website does not maintain a separate database of form contents. You can also email [email protected] directly.

Without required fields such as email, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.

Hosting and browser storage

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to provide services and security protection.

The website uses Cloudflare traffic analytics and site event statistics to understand page views, enquiry entry points and successful submissions. Events record pages, language, source categories and action types, excluding names, email addresses, companies and message contents. Cloudflare retains site event data for three months.

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Browser sessionStorage temporarily stores page transition state and source categories for up to 30 minutes. Site event measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

International transfers

Resend and Cloudflare servers may be located outside Taiwan, so data processing may involve international transfers.

Retention

Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill its collection purpose or the retention period required by law. It is deleted when the purpose no longer exists.
