Working together
Plan collaboration
around your project
Owners bring operating needs, and equipment and engineering partners provide site requirements. lvsota handles data integration, software platforms, and AI applications.
Who we work with
- Business owners and site managers
- Connect existing equipment, forms, and management systems to daily work. Start with an inspection workflow, management report, or internal query.
- Equipment vendors and system providers
- Connect equipment or an existing system to a customer platform, or add monitoring, alerts, and document retrieval. Work together on interfaces and application development.
- ESCOs and energy service providers
- Energy projects need electricity data, equipment status, and performance reports. lvsota provides data connections and monitoring platforms for agreed measurement and reporting requirements.
How responsibilities are shared
- Partners provide site and business requirements
- Appoint a user contact and share permitted equipment documents, data, and workflows. The designated engineering or equipment team handles construction, hardware installation, and site safety.
- lvsota handles integration and software
- Connect protocols and data, develop management interfaces, workflows, and AI functions, and prepare system tests and operating documentation.
- Agree on delivery and maintenance
- Confirm data permissions, testing, acceptance responsibilities, and maintenance contacts before work begins. Response and site attendance times are defined in the maintenance contract.
What to bring to the first discussion
Choose one task you want to improve and share the material you already have. List any gaps during the discussion.
- Workflows and users
- Bring a current form or report, a de-identified sample record, and an explanation of who submits, handles, and approves the work.
- Equipment and system information
- For equipment connections, bring an equipment list, protocols, data-point lists, or API documentation. For AI queries, share a permitted manual excerpt and typical questions.
- Expected results and project conditions
- Describe the screen, document, or answer you need. Include the scale of use, existing environment constraints, and the decision-making contact.
What each stage produces
- Initial discussion and scope
- A requirements summary, a data list, and shared responsibilities define the pilot and how its results will be assessed.
- Proof of concept or pilot
- A demonstration or test uses the selected data and workflow. Test results, open issues, and proposed changes inform the decision to expand implementation.
- Project delivery and handover
- Agreed scope goes into the project documents. Deliver the system, operating instructions, and test records under the agreement, followed by acceptance and maintenance handover.
